Participation in the annual NQPHN surveys will help shape our services to better support the North Queensland primary healthcare sector.
Why participate? Your feedback will provide guidance to NQPHN to be better able to meet the needs of you and your team. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
NQPHN is surveying primary healthcare providers in our catchment to help understand how we can support you, as well as help deliver cross-system change and improvements. Who should take this survey? We’re seeking feedback from GPs, practice nurses, and practice managers on your experiences with NQPHN and the healthcare system in our catchment.

This survey aims to examine the strengths and weakness of the current NQPHN and Hospital and Health Service (HHS) partnerships and collaborations. By responding to this survey, we can collaboratively support our organisations to make the partnerships more dynamic and mutually beneficial. Who should take this survey? The survey is open to HHS Chief Executives, Executive Directors, Team Leaders, and other HHS staff that are currently working with NQPHN.
