Active Healthy NQ is a collaborative initiative of Northern Queensland Health Network (NQPHN) and the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) within our region. The program aims to support consumers to take control of their health issues.
Active Healthy NQ contains information and resources recommended by local health professionals for the whole community. In addition to these general resources, there are culturally appropriate materials that have been specifically developed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as well as people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Information on these sites does not take the place of a medical consultation. If you are concerned about your health, please make an appointment to see your GP or other health professional. Find a health provider near you through the National Health Services Directory.
